• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will have the ability to try moving their seat -or- receive a full credit promo code, that must be used for a future workshop within 90 days.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for credit but may pick up a take-home kit (if applicable) within 30 days.
• Failure to attend and pick up the kit results in forfeiture of both the payment and project. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
